A $25 deposit is required to hold your date for orders between $50 - $100, for orders over $100 a 50% deposit is required; deposit goes towards your order, the balance is due by Noon two weeks before pick up. For orders under $50, full payment is due when placing the order. If ordering less than two weeks before pick up date, full payment is due when placing the order, regardless of order amount and a 15% rush fee will be assessed.

All payments are processed online through Authorize.net.

All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks (3-4 weeks is ideal) before pick up date. My advice is to inquire as soon as you know you need cookies, the sooner you book, more likely that I will have availability. A 15% rush fee per dozen applies to orders placed less than two weeks from pickup date.

That is okay! Send me photos of cookies you like or better yet, send me photos of invitations, décor, florals, or any other visuals that may help with the design process of your cookie set so I can match with your theme.

Yes! Okay, maybe not yet, but I have a 3D printer and can create cutters to match any theme. I can also do designs on plaque cutters as well.

I will do my best! I cannot guarantee an exact match, but I will get as close as possible. Colors can skew from phone and computer monitors to real life. For the best color match, if you can get me a swatch or invitation in person, that would be the best.

Every cookie is individually packaged and heat-sealed for freshness. Cookies stay fresh for 1-2 weeks from pick up date, stored at room temperature or in a cool, dry area.

Decorated sugar cookies can be frozen and, if done properly, stay good (and delicious) for about a month to 45 days.

I am located in Branford, Connecticut. Pretty Sweet Creations is a licensed Cottage Food Operation, which means I am registered with the state of Connecticut and follow its Cottage Food Laws. My kitchen is not subject to routine government food safety inspections, but I am required to have a food handler certificate and follow all safety and cleanliness standards.

Unfortunately, I cannot. I operate under Connecticut's Cottage Food Law and that doesn’t allow for shipping.

My cookies are for local pick up in the Branford, Connecticut area; delivery is available upon request, within the state of Connecticut, for a small fee depending on your location ($0.70 per mile to and from). Delivery is not available for presales.

I don't make gluten free or vegan cookies. If you have a dietary restriction that is not allergy related, let me know and I can try to alter my recipe to accommodate you.

These cookies take so much time! Decorating cookies can take at least two hours a dozen. And, that doesn’t include the invoicing and responding to emails, planning out the designs, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, making the dough; making, coloring, and bagging the icing, drying time, or packaging the cookies. So, the total time for a dozen cookies can be around 6-8 hours. Crazy right? Yes, custom decorated cookies are expensive. But they are so much more than a frosted cookie, they are edible pieces of art to help make your event a little extra special.

On orders over $50, your deposit holds your place for the week that you booked. If you reschedule within 2 weeks, I can transfer your deposit based on my availability. If you need to cancel within the two-week period and do not wish to rebook, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies.

On fully paid orders under $50, you may request to cancel your cookie order for a full refund 30 days prior to your pick up date. Cancellations requested between 15-29 days prior to your pick up date will incur a 20% cancelation fee (80% refund). If you have to cancel your order within 14 days of the pick up date, you may transfer the order to a different date, but no refund will be given. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies.
